Adorable Pumpkin Butt Painting for Babies: A Fun Fall diy Craft
Looking for a cute and memorable fall diy craft to do with your baby? A pumpkin butt painting is the perfect project! It’s simple, quick, and makes for the sweetest keepsake. Plus, it’s a fun way to celebrate the season with your little one.

What You’ll Need:
One cute baby with an adorable baby butt!
Orange paint (safe for baby’s skin)
A piece of paper (sturdy enough for the paint)
Frame (to display your finished masterpiece)
Background paper (optional for framing)
Brown and green Sharpies
How to Make a Pumpkin Butt Painting:
Set up your area: Lay out your paper and have your supplies ready. You might want to put down a towel or blanket to keep things clean.
Get baby ready: Gently paint a small amount of orange paint onto your baby’s bottom. You don’t need too much—just enough to create a cute pumpkin shape.
Make the print: While holding your baby’s feet, press their little bottom onto the piece of paper. Hold steady for a few seconds, then lift carefully.
Let it dry: Wait for the paint to dry completely before adding details.
Add the finishing touches: Using the brown Sharpie, draw a pumpkin stem at the top. With the green Sharpie, add cute curly vine leaves around the pumpkin.
Personalize it: Customize your art by writing something fun like “One Cute Bumpkin” or “Cutest Pumpkin in the Patch.”
Frame it: Once your painting is dry and complete, place it in a frame for display. You can also use a decorative background to enhance the look.
Fall diy Crafts with your little one is so fun! Make sure to take pics along the way! Have fun!
I had my husband help me with the first one, but when making the others for family members I did it myself and it wasn’t hard! I had to make sure that I laid everything out ahead of time though! For questions, please email me!!
