Where I get my fall fashion and how to shop on a budget:
Hey friends! As the leaves begin to change and the air takes on that delightful crispness, I’m thrilled to embrace autumn style. As a busy mom who loves Jesus and enjoys a touch of flair, I’m always searching for ways to refresh my wardrobe without breaking the bank. Here are some of my favorite tips for snagging casual women’s essentials this season, all while staying budget friendly!

1. Shop Smart on Amazon
Let’s face it: Amazon is a lifesaver! With just a few clicks, I can find everything from cozy sweaters to cute sets. I love browsing their deals, especially for layering essentials that keep me warm and stylish. Just be sure to check out the reviews! There’s nothing like a good find that you know will last through the season.
2. Treasure Hunting at Goodwill
One of my favorite pastimes is thrift shopping, and Goodwill is always an adventure. You never know what hidden gems you’ll find! Just recently, I scored an adorable fall outfit! It’s such a thrill to find unique pieces, that no one else has, and knowing I’m recycling clothes makes it even better. Plus, it’s a fun outing with the babe!
I found some sweaters at goodwill recently, but here are a few similar I found on amazon!
turtleneck sweater dress in nutmeg
sweater vest (mine was white, but this is cute too!)
3. Copying the Look for Less
I’m a firm believer that you don’t need to spend a lot to look good! I love scrolling through Pinterest to autumn attire that inspires me. Once I spot something I adore, I try to recreate it with my finds from Amazon, Goodwill, or boutiques. Whether it’s layering a thrifted turtleneck under a chunky cardigan or pairing it with my favorite jeans, it’s all about mixing and matching to reflect my personal style and keeping it comfy for my busy days!
A Reminder from 1 John 2
As we navigate the world of fashion, I’m reminded of 1 John 2:15-17: “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life is not from the Father but is from the world.” This verse encourages me to focus on what truly matters and to seek joy in simple, meaningful things, like spending time with family and expressing my style in a way that honors God.
