How I Transformed Our Home with 10 Simple Organization Hacks

As a busy mom, keeping the house seriously organized can feel impossible, especially with a baby in tow! After tripping over toys, losing keys, and feeling overwhelmed by clutter, I knew I had to make some changes. I wanted our home to be a peaceful space where we could feel calm, not stressed.

So, I started small with dollar store organization supplies bins, baskets, and labels. I also found some amazing organization hacks and home organization tips online that were perfect for our needs. A few DIY hacks made such a noticeable difference! Here are some simple home organization hacks that helped me transform our space:

1. Use Drawer Dividers in the Kitchen

The kitchen drawers were a mess, but using dividers has been a game changer. It’s an easy organization hack DIY that makes everything accessible. No more searching for that missing spatula!

2.Add Baskets by the Entryway

This one has been a lifesaver! I placed baskets near the front door for keys, mail, and shoes. It’s such a simple way to upgrade home and stay seriously organized. Plus, it prevents clutter from piling up.

3.Buy Clear Storage Containers for the Bathroom

I found some clear containers on Amazon, which I use to keep our bathroom essentials tidy. This storage hack DIY lets me see exactly what we have, keeping our counters clean and organized.

4.Label Everything

The Power of Decluttering

Decluttering was the hardest part, but it brought the most peace. Letting go of things we didn’t need and finding a proper place for everything helped me breathe a little easier each day. Now, I’m not constantly scrambling to find things, and our home feels more like a peaceful, organized home.

This journey to an organized space has taught me that even small changes make a big difference. It’s not about perfection but creating a home that feels peaceful and functional. And for me, that peace is rooted in Jesus, who helps guide me through all the mess, both in the home and in life.
